An excellent interview, should make it required reading for anyone concerned with globalisation and the reform of the United Nations system as well as the system of WTO.Two technical errors: the area of responsibility of the author is defined as North of Canada and South of Argentina. That is, in fact, almost the "empty set" as any mathematcian would appreciate, containing only the North Pole and the South Pole! Second , the education approaches may well be "wildly appropriate" but I think the author meant widely apppropriate!
