This is certainly a thought provoking article and I agree with all conclusions related to the machine/machine interface in business. Unfortunately the man/machine interface iis mentioned only in passing when talking about semantics: this , however, maybe more significant as the prevelance of chat-rooms (man/man interface via machines) show.
What may happen is that business intelligence (the semantics) will move over to chat-rooms where birds of a feather flock together... Any views on this?
