I would like to take an issue about the three biggest problems: environment, privacy, and ethics. Isn't one of the biggest problems information overload that effects all three? A great and very inspiring interview otherwise about the "knowledge society" . Educational implications need to be followed up to reduce the information overload and solve the three interrelated problems...
